Mission Statement
The mission of Carolina Pet Rescue is to provide foster homes, medical care, and adoption for homeless pets; provide sanctuary to animals deemed unadoptable due to physical or behavioral limitations; and educate shelters, rescue organizations, and the public on the proper care and husbandry of each species we rescue.
Species Spotlight: Gerbils!
The Three Amigos: Taco, Tamale, and Speedy, three male gerbils. (Click on picture to watch their video.) You can meet these guys in person @ AniMall . Gerbils are fun, fascinating creatures to keep as pets. They are very friendly, rarely bite and love to take dust baths, rearrange their cages and generally entertain their human owners. Gerbils do best when adopted in groups. Consider fostering or adopting some today!
